2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Using the service lawfully
• Sharing Live Share links responsibly

Live Share links are accessible to anyone who has the link.

3. User Content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any music, audio files, photos, or other content you upload, store, or use in the app.

TraceArea does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

Uploaded content is used only to provide app functionality, such as creating personal playlists or displaying profile images.

4. Safety Disclaimer

TraceArea is not an emergency service.

Safety Trace (SOS) shares your location only with configured contacts and does not notify emergency authorities.

In emergencies, contact local emergency services.

5. Limitation of Liability

TraceArea is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for GPS inaccuracies, interruptions, or misuse of shared links.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
